Whatever I have undertaken in the past; projects, study etc...
I have always been labelled as someone who is slow and steady a bit of a "plodder" if you will...
However there is one area of life where that is an advantage...
And that is lifestyle...
You see if you suddenly decide you need to be healthy, or wait until it's one week until
Christmas (please don't do that) and then take action in droves...
Cutting out this, cutting out that, missing meals, or having the perfect nutrition plan,
but one that you know isn't sustainable...
You see we were not meant to lose fat quickly, the body sees body fat as important,
fat will keep us alive if there is a food shortage,
over the last few million years there have been quite a few more cases of shortage,
than where we find ourselves now, in over abundance...
So set out to win the race of being healthy and looking and feeling the way you want to,
by using the tortoise method...
Keep making steady progress, I know you want to see results quickly and doing the right things,
you can lose a pound of fat (not just weight) each week...
Imagine a pound of lard disappearing from your body each week, but it's accumulative,
so it will take a little bit of time to notice, but stick with it and that's why your clothes will start to feel looser
and you will feel healthier...
When it's steady it's sustainable, no more yo yoing...
